Modern villa in Ljunghusen

Along the beautiful Falsterbokanalen in Ljunghusen, this modern villa is nestled in the forest not far from chalk-white sandy beaches with lovely baths.

Magnus says that they searched the internet for a long time for a suitable color and finally found a picture of Vitriol Pine Tar on Pinterest.

The villa, which was built in 2016, was first painted with Vitriol Pine Tar by the house supplier before the house modules were built together, the second painting was fixed by Magnus on site.

– Vitriol Pine Tar is a suitable color when you live near the sea, the facade changes color depending on light and season. It is also very easy to paint and one provides good protection against weather and wind when you have saturated the wood the second time.

Magnus further says that the scent was appreciated by the neighbors, some even knocked on his door to ask what they were painting with.
