The dream of a black-tarred house

The dream house of 235 sqm was built in 2017 in a residential area in scenic Mölndal south of Gothenburg with proximity to both city and nature.

The family was looking for a natural product that could meet their expectations and the choice then fell on Black Pine Tar. It was important that the choice they made would match well with the material choices and colours that already existed in the area.

In addition to the house, its roof is painted with Black Pine Tar as well as an orangery and greenhouse that is also on the plot. The pergola and fence have also been given the same colour.

They also say that that quality and the fact that pine tar is a natural wood protector have been important factors in their choice of paint, and they end by saying that they feel fantastically happy with their choice!
